In 1620, Jean-Simon Beyerman, a Dutch ship-owner, settled in the Chartrons area of Bordeaux, soon to become the heart of the Bordeaux wine houses. Over several centuries, the family prospered and gradually came to play an important part in the Bordeaux wine trade.
Over four centuries, the Maison Beyerman remained a family business, each generation devoted to carrying on the tradition while adapting the firm's philosophy to follow the great changes happening in this trade.
At the beginning of the 1990's, Fredrik Rudebeck took over as CEO and steered the firm towards the
Grands Crus Classés and related wines. In 2011, his son Nils came on board this family adventure, kept buoyant by a shared passion for wine.
